A Place for Baby

We got a crib as a gift this past weekend! It was a wonderful suprise. Justin and I spent Sunday afternoon putting it together. Oh, thank God for simple directions. Those crib people don't give you any room for mistakes!

Here I am standing in the corner where Baby's crib was about to go. Previously it was Cody's corner, with his bed and teddy bear. Poor baby got moved. He's over it though:)
Cooper decided he was going to take part in the festivities and help Justin out. I think this was the first glimps at a jealous dog. However, He made a nice pillow as Justin slaved under the bed.
I, of course, was a BIG help! See here I am being a supportive wife and encouraging Justin. He we doing such a wonderful job I thought I'd get it on film. Of course I couldn't leave myself out!
Ahhhhhhh, the final product!!!! so cute. Of course it's missing Baby but the "bun's not done yet". This of course made everything seem more real than ever. Ahhhhhhhhhh, we're having a baby!!!!!!!! 

The First Snow Fall

A couple weeks ago we went over the Mountians and found ourself in the midst of the first snow fall of the season. It was georgeous! We stopped at a waterfall to take some fun pictures.

Next, of course, we needed to get some belly shots. This was the best one of the day. I sure haven't been very photogenic these days.....I'm either pouting, tired, laughing or in the middle of speaking. oh well, it works:)
Finally, we made it to the other side of the Mts. It was a beautiful day over there but you could see the storm come in on the horizon. Here Justin is using the sunlight and warmth as an excuse to run all the energy out of the pups. Oh how they love that!

The next evening it snowed like crazy over there. We were caught up on the Mt. in the semi-blizzard heading home. It was a little scary but beautiful. We made it safely home. 

One More Sneek Peek

Now, I've always been one to say that an abundance of technology has just brought this world added kaos, high speed society and a lack of person to person contact. But, today I have to admit.....it sure has brought some amazing things too. If you can make this picutre out....yes, it is Baby! 26 weeks 5 days in mommy's tummy!

We had this taken by the doctor last week and we were floored. We were just expecting a normal ultrasound picture but they wanted to take us up to the "new machine". We said ok and low and behold they shocked us with this amazing little photo of our baby's nose, mouth, hands and even those little fingers.Wow, I have to say, I'm still in awe. Look at that little one. So perfect. So developed. Everything is great with Baby. Developing perfectly and growing at a high speed (my opinion). I can’t slouch anymore cuz Baby kicks my ribs to get more room. But, it’s wonderful to feel Baby moving….expecially when the movements knock on Jusitn’s back at nightJ heheheheWell, this is the only picutre for this entry but it has enough to say in itself. only 3 more months till this little one appears in our arms.......ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh!!!There's so much to do, so much sleep to catch!
